Terms
• New accounts must pay COD (Cash on Delivery) at the time of delivery by the AZM Hardware truck.
• Accounts may keep a credit card number on file or call to provide credit card information at the time of ordering. A 2% credit card processing fee applies.
• Established accounts may pay by check.
• 2% Net 30 terms are available for all approved accounts. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be applied to any past due or unpaid balance. A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.

Shipping
• Freight is prepaid on all orders of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or more within our Texas delivery area. Orders under one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) will be held until the customer adds enough items to meet the $1,000.00 minimum, or will be shipped via UPS when possible. Applicable shipping charges will be added to the invoice.
• All UPS shipments are subject to shipping charges. This charge is calculated once the order is shipped, removed from inventory, and weighed. For orders under one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), the customer is responsible for the UPS shipping charge. For orders over one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), the shipping charge policy applies as outlined per account terms.
• Orders containing items that cannot be shipped via UPS will be shipped via common carrier and must meet a minimum of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).

New Accounts
• A completed Resale Certificate must be submitted before any order is accepted. Valid documentation includes a Resale Certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Tax Exemption Number (TIN), Business Sales License, or similar document verifying that your business is active and legally authorized to resell merchandise.
• Once AZM Hardware receives the appropriate business documentation, an account will be created. Account activation takes 1–2 business days. Customer service will contact you with your store code/customer number and a link to create an account on our website.
• Customers who wish to maintain an open account status with AZM Hardware must complete a credit application. The approval process typically takes approximately 10 business days.

Orders
• Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day (Friday orders must be placed by 3:30 p.m. for Monday delivery). Pickup orders must be a minimum of $50 to be processed. Please call the office to confirm your order status.
